Mission Statement
The Jewish Community Center
of Mid-Westchester is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching
the community by providing cultural, social, educational and
recreational/fitness programs, human services and Jewish
identity-building opportunities to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Registration
The JCC no longer requires an annual membership
fee and all programs will be open to the
public.
The JCC charges
a registration fee only once during any fiscal year (July 1
- June 30) regardless of the number of programs involved.
The fee is payable at the time of the first registration
during the fiscal year.
The non-refundable registration fees are as follows:
$40 for Individuals of any age
$75 for Families
These nominal fees will partially cover Security Access Cards and other
administrative and overhead expenses associated with the registration process.
Most single events and short-term programs with a maximum of three sessions
will not be subject to the registration fee.

Priority Registration is open to 2008-2009 Nursery School,
Toward Tomorrow and Camp families, and current Sports & Fitness
members (Sports Center, Fitness Center or Health Center). It is
also available to participants who were enrolled in the
preceding session of a specific program, for the next session
of that particular program. |

Access Cards
Payments and Renewals

The JCC accepts the following payment methods: Checks or Cash, MasterCard and Visa. There is
a $35 fee for all
returned checks.

Payment plans are available for an additional fee. Please inquire at
x313. Failure
to comply with the terms of the payment plan may result in ineligibility for this service.

Sports & Fitness members may opt for pre-authorized monthly charges to their MasterCard or
Visa. Automatic credit card billing forms are available at the Front Desk.

Sports & Fitness members will receive notice of renewal one month prior to their package
expiration date.
Refunds
-
We regret that we are unable to issue refunds on programs/ classes after completion of the
first class. A $25 bookkeeping fee will be charged for refunds prior to the first class.

The JCC may also be unable to issue refunds for non-class activities, including but not
limited to trips, special events,
performances or vacation programs.

We are unable to refund those deposits required to hold a place in a program unless the
program has been cancelled.
Financial
Assistance/Scholarships
The JCC offers a limited number of scholarships for those in financial need. Please contact

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Programs may be cancelled due to changing weather conditions. For up-to-date information, call our weather number, 472-3300,
x113. When classes are cancelled due to weather, every effort will be made to schedule make-ups.
KOSHER POLICY
The JCC serves and provides kosher food in all programs held in the building. Our minimum standard is packaged food marked
with a K and caterers who consider themselves kosher, and are recognized as such.
NUT POLICY
The JCC does not serve foods that contain peanuts
or peanut products. While all current recommendations relating to peanut allergies have been followed, the JCC building is
open to the public and therefore cannot guarantee that all surfaces or
foods within the building do not have any peanuts or peanut products on
them.
USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS
Photographs and video taken during JCC activities and programs may be used for JCC publicity and/or publications. We reserve
the right to use all photographs and video recordings.
DOGS
With the exception of service animals, dogs are not permitted in the
building.

From Northern Westchester
Route 684 South to Hutchinson River Parkway (South) to Weaver
Street, Exit 20. Make right onto Weaver Street and go to five
corner intersection. Make SHARP LEFT onto Wilmot Road. The JCC
is the first building on the left.
Taconic State Parkway South to Bronx River Parkway South to
Crane Road (Scarsdale) Exit. Follow Crane Road to second light.
Cross over Post Road where street becomes Drake Road. At first
light, make left onto Wilmot Road. JCC is approximately 1/8 mile
on the right.
From
Points South
North on Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 21. Right turn onto
Weaver Street. Follow first set of directions.
Tappan Zee Bridge Via Cross Westchester
Expressway
New York State Thruway to Exit 8 (second exit after bridge) onto
287, Cross Westchester Expressway. Take 287 East to
Hutchinson River Parkway South to Weaver Street, Exit 20. Follow
first set of directions.
Connecticut Via Cross Westchester
Expressway
Take 95 South to 287 West, Cross Westchester Expressway, to
Hutchinson River Parkway South to Éxit 20. Follow first set of
directions.
Connecticut Via Merritt Parkway
Merritt South turns into Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 20.
