M.K. Dr. Ruth Calderon serves as Member of Knesset in the Israeli Parliament. Dr. Calderon is one of Israel's leading figures spearheading efforts to revive Hebrew Culture and a plural-istic Israeli-Jewish identity. Calderon’s book, "A Bride for One Night,” has been translated and adapted from the original Hebrew. Through it, she brings her love of Talmud and Midrash to the English-speaking world.
