In times of
crisis or transition, we don’t always know how or where to get help. At the
Enid Ancell Family Resource Center, a JCC Resource Team member will assist
you or
provide referrals to mental health specialists, counseling, parenting skills
training, legal advice, or divorce mediation.

Penny Randall, LCSW, BCD, Social Worker, 472-3300 x318
Penny Randall, LCSW, BCD, has a BS from NYU and 3 advanced degrees in
Education, Special Education and Social Work. Penny has taught students and
teachers in NYC and Westchester and has worked at the Rose F. Kennedy Center
at Einstein as a member of an evaluation team. She has led seminars for
families in crisis and has been a consultant to various schools throughout
the county as well as the Consultant to Children and Families at the JCC.
Penny also has a private practice working with children and families.

Julie Dorfman, M.S.W. As a social worker, Julie has been involved in the
running and implementation of many of the groups that have taken place at
the JCC over the years. She has run parenting groups, social singles
activities, bereavement groups, adult book clubs, and more. Not only does
she use her skills in the Enid Ancell Family Resource Center but she is also
the Director of the Early Childhood Center. In addition, she is works at a
residence camp during the summer with children ranging in age from 7-16.
Julie is a graduate of Brandeis University and has an M.S.W from Adelphi
University.
