Support Groups and Workshops
In times of crisis or transition, we don’t always know how or where to get help. A staff member will assist you or provide referrals to mental health specialists, counseling, parenting skills training, legal advice, divorce mediation, or support groups. Throughout the year, a variety of workshops will be offered in reference to the above mentioned topics as well as additional subject matters.
 

Spousal Bereavement Group 

Adults who have lost a spouse will gain support, strength and friendship from this 8-week bereavement group.
