Teen Fitness

12-16 years.  Get up off your couch, drop that game controller, and bring your buddies to the JCC!  Our trainers are passionate about getting you fit and living a healthy lifestyle.  Two class minimum per week.  Call  for more pricing details.

Spring Session:  February 1 – May 26, 2016
$305/3x a week
No classes: 2/15, 2/17, 2/18, 4/25, 4/27, 4/28

Both sessions: $545/3x a week

Fee for Fitness/Health Family Member: $250 per session for 3 classes a week; $425 for both sessions.

Cycle Teen

Have fun! Burn calories! Rock out! Pedal to great music while your dynamic instructor helps you to work out, make friends, and get in shape. FREE for Family Fitness Center, Family Health Center and Total Access Participants!
